【Application Procedure】 Exhibition
① determine the area and selected exhibitors booth.
② complete the Exhibition Application Form (contract) and signed and sealed, and then fax or mail the form to the organizer.
③ booth is confirmed, exhibitors must show within 7 working days will be charged 50% of the Organizing Committee or the full amount to import account, otherwise, Sponsor reserves the exhibition application shall not be recognized by the booth, the balance in the November 1 before export.
④ exhibitors non-consent by the Organizer, exhibitors shall not withdraw an application, the pay the deposit is not refundable.
⑤ one month before the exhibition organizing committee will be sent to Exhibitor Manual.
⑥ Conference Proceedings will be published free of charge for exhibitors Introduction (200 words).
