3E is a company registered in Hong Kong joint venture 【Chinese Name: De Ho (Hong Kong) Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.】, its shareholders include BDO Runda (International) Limited of Hong Kong, South Korea Epivalley Company, Hong Kong Max Alpha Company. Currently 3E (Wuhu) has incorporated mainly engaged in the manufacture of LED epitaxy and chip is expected by the end of March 2011 to achieve high-quality, high-brightness LED chip production.
